Shipping policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Domestic Shipping (Germany)
We ship within Germany via DHL. Estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days after dispatch.
EU & International Shipping
We ship to EU countries and select international destinations via DHL. Estimated delivery times:
- European Union: 3-7 business days
- Rest of the world: 7-14 business days
Please note that international orders outside the EU may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking
All orders include a tracking number, which will be sent to you by email once your order has been dispatched.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@troubleinkstudio.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
